I have been an investor for the past 20+ years. During that span I have worked at a large investment bank, Credit Suisse (it was First Boston in my day), started a long/short equity hedge fund (Gothic Capital Management), worked for two highly impressive distressed debt funds (King Street Capital and Knighthead Capital).
As of February 2011 I became a General Partner of Raptor Ventures, the VC arm of Raptor Group Holdings.
I’ve been married to the woman I met on my 18th birthday for over 18 years. We have 2 great daughters and live in New Canaan Connecticut.
I love tennis, paddle tennis, golf, hiking in Jackson Hole (or any other mountain really), my 500 gallon reef tank, travel, animals, design and architecture, reading (blogs, magazines, books, newspapers – pretty much anything I can get my hands on), billiards and road biking – in no particular order.
